Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.luxurysociety@protonmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
– Shipping costs are non-refundable
– If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee as well as the $25.- payment processor fee will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a photo and description of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly, at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that show signs of use or wear
- Custom or personalized orders
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
